This is a good example of an inexpensive
perching gel application.

Even excellent products can be installed so
poorly they are rendered ineffective.

River rocks?  They’re actually standing on top of them.

These spikes at roofs edge are doing a great
job of keeping most of the waste on the roof.

Spikes on the upper roof look almost
as bad as poor net application.

This is a common perching application by a licensed company. The stucco does not anchor well and the birds either straddle or stand on the wire. If nothing else, this post should have been painted.
